"Haven't had an accident in 30 years. Deer hit my car small dent in front. They tried to total my car and give me over 3k less than book value. I fought with them 2 months to fix it. Even after filing complaint with state insurance commission they gave me false regulations as to why they weren't going to repair my car. After one final letter before getting attorney’s involved they relented and paid for repair. I had to pay for a rental this whole time 2 months they refused to pay even though they delayed the repair for 2 months. I will let everyone know NEVER use state farm."

"My experience was fantastic! I had heard State Farm insurance in GA was dropping insurance costs a few months ago and I was sceptical, but they really came through!
